Through the ongoing EU-funded @[TIGON] project, we're leveraging our expertise in utility-scale renewable energy projects to contribute to the development of advanced power electronics, management software, and tools for optimized and intelligent DC-based hybrid grids. These innovations are being demonstrated across various applications, including the railway sector. The TIGON Project, which began in September 2020, spans 5 years and involves 15 partners across 8 countries. Our shared goal remains to bolster the reliability and resilience of decentralized renewables-based power systems, paving the way for a more sustainable energy future. @[Emmanuelle Wargon], Présidente de la CRE @[Commission de régulation de l'énergie] a reçu hier @[Xavier Ducret], Directeur d’Akuo Océan Indien, à la Préfecture de La Réunion, à l’occasion de son déplacement sur l’ile Bourbon. Au cœur des discussions : la nécessité d’une #transitionénergétique durable et aux bénéfices de tous, en particulier grâce à l’#agrivoltaisme, au #stockage et à l’#éolienflottant.    ?‍? Alors que le décret vient de paraitre, cette rencontre a été l’occasion de rappeler que l’agrivoltaisme est né ici, à La Réunion, il y a 15 ans. Les premiers projets qui conjuguent agriculture et solaire témoignent de 15 ans de protection des cultures contre les aléas climatiques et de maintien des rendements pour les agriculteurs. Ils constituent autant d’apprentissages, d’affinage, compris et appris auprès des agriculteurs, pour affiner le modèle.    ? Cette rencontre nous a également permis d’exposer le projet éolien flottant au large de la Réunion. Et notamment, son rôle décisif pour atteindre l’autonomie énergétique de l’ile. L’occasion de démontrer la maturité des éoliennes flottantes et d'expliquer la nécessité d'un cadre réglementaire adapté au territoire pour un développement accéléré du projet. Enfin, d’insister sur son potentiel pour fournir un prix d’électricité compétitif et stable à la population réunionnaise.
