🎉 Objectif atteint : 𝟑,𝟑𝟓𝟔 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐝’𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞́𝐬 pour financer le projet agrivoltaïque de Sombernon, en Bourgogne. 🌾Cette deuxième tranche de 1 929 700 €, effectuée à travers nos plateformes partenaires @[Lendopolis] et @[Lendosphere], vient compléter une première levée de 1 426 300 €, réalisée auprès des habitants de la Côte-d’Or et des départements limitrophes. Une réussite qui témoigne de l’engagement local en faveur du projet. 👏 Le projet, développé avec trois exploitants agricoles, prévoit l’installation de panneaux photovoltaïques sur trackers couvrant 54 hectares de grandes cultures. Il associe production d’énergie renouvelable et maintien de l’activité agricole pour sécuriser et pérenniser l’exploitation face aux aléas climatiques. 🤝 Merci à toutes celles et ceux qui ont rendu ce financement possible. #agrivoltaïsme #transitionénergétique #crowdfunding 

🎉 La centrale Château à Bellegarde, dans le Gard, fête ses 15 ans ! Installée sur l’exploitation biologique de Marc Portier, cette centrale agrivoltaïque combine production d’électricité solaire et arboriculture. Abricotiers, cerisiers et vignes poussent à l’abri des panneaux, mieux protégés des aléas climatiques. Akuo opens a new chapter! We are thrilled to announce the completion of Akuo’s acquisition by @[Ardian], a world-leading private investment firm, and the concurrent appointment of @[Bruno Bensasson]([remove]\_-) as Chief Executive Officer. ➡️ Today, Ardian has acquired 100% of the shares previously held by the founders, @[Eric Scotto] and @[Patrice Lucas], as well as the fund @[Intermediate Capital Group ICG]. Ardian’s investment brings the financial resources needed to support our acceleration strategy, with the objective of reaching 5 GW of installed capacity by 2030, backed by a strong pipeline of projects under development. ➡️ To lead this transformation, Ardian has appointed a renowned industry expert, Bruno Bensasson, as Chief Executive Officer. 🎬 Meet Anthony, HSE & Security Director at Akuo! This month, we meet @[Anthony LOUIS], who joined Akuo less than a year ago to lead our Health, Safety, Environment, and Security strategy. His role? Protect people, the environment, and our assets, while supporting project teams across all phases, from development to operations.
