This friendly moment provided an opportunity to exchange vegetarian recipes and discover new ways of cooking, while reducing our environmental impact. It was also an opportunity to discuss and reflect on the various initiatives organized by Akuo for the occasion: 🧑🏫 Several internal workshops on topics such as: “What is buying sustainably”, “CSR criteria in profit-sharing”, and “understanding biodiversity”. 🎤 Participation in the @[PRODURABLE] trade show and speaking at the conference on CSR backlash 🌍 The @[Ma Petite Planète] challenge, in which our employees are taking on environmental challenges until October 20. While sustainability guides our work every day, this 2 weeks allowed us to pause, exchange ideas, and reaffirm our shared commitment. 🌱 #ESDW2025 #Sustainability Voir la publication Image 22/09/2025 On September 18, two of our team members were in Cologne for the @[Solarplaza] Summit Agri-PV Europe. @[Marwa J.], Solar Techno Manager at Akuo, participated in the panel “We want ROI! Innovative Agri-PV technologies in operation and scale”, discussing the technical, agricultural, and financial aspects of Agri-PV projects and how innovation shapes dual land-use solutions. Meanwhile, @[Stéphanie Maalouf], Solar Techno Manager at Akuo, joined the panel “From vision to scale: unlocking Agri-PV’s role in the future food system”, reflecting on the growth of Europe’s Agri-PV market, opportunities to scale projects, develop turnkey solutions, and align Agri-PV with food security, rural development, and climate resilience goals. The event made clear that Agri-PV’s future success will depend on regulation, collaboration, and integrated value creation for both farmers and investors. Elle illustre l’engagement local en faveur de la transition énergétique et agricole. 👏 Le projet, développé avec un éleveur ovin, prévoit l’installation de panneaux photovoltaïques sur 24 hectares de prairies. Martin shared insights on how to face grid infrastructure challenges and how to accelerate the development of renewable energy while maintaining environmental and social standards. The summit, held on 27–28 August in Santiago de Chile, brought together government representatives, investors, energy companies, and international associations.
