Paris, November 19, 2025 - Akuo renews the composition of its Supervisory Board. Consisting of 8 members, the Supervisory Board brings together experts from the energy sector with a range of complementary skills. Its main role is to make strategic decisions and exercise ongoing oversight of the company's management. 

Luca Bettonte has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

The other new members are: 

  • Dominik Radziwill
  • Ghislaine Mattlinger
  • Jorge Lanza  
  • Miguel Martin  

These independent experts will sit alongside Ardian board members who have been on the board since July 4:   

  • Benoit Gaillochet 
  • Pierre-François Dessard 
  • Jérémy Haddak 

Eric Scotto will keep on contributing to Akuo's governance as an observer within the Supervisory Board.
