Context
Anticipating the opening of the market, Akuo opened an office in Wellington in 2021. This gives us the means to invest and promote our innovative concepts in a highly promising emerging market.
Our vision
We believe that an agricultural dimension should be integrated into our projects whenever possible. In a country with a long farming tradition like New Zealand, projects will set the example by creating a judicious link, through land management, between locally generated renewable energy and innovative agricultural production.
Our teams will also work to promote storage solutions in solar projects, through our expertise in modeling and engineering the most recent batteries. Finally, supporting grid stability is essential for consolidating the ramp-up of renewable energies and offering new functions to enhance the quality of electrical power supply.
Akuo has a pioneering role to play in the energy transition of New Zealand. Our recent history and success in both large and small island environments give us confidence in the success of our projects in New Zealand.
