Contract Manager
The Contract Manager is responsible for the formalization and negotiation of contracts created during the structuring phase, their follow-up and their evolution during the execution and operation phases of our projects worldwide.
A Contract Manager at Akuo works in the Structuring & Execution department. Within this large team of experts, a Contract Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating and steering the technical and commercial aspects of the Group’s contractual strategy.
A Contract Manager is involved up to the commissioning of a plant, providing high level expertise and support in contract management and negotiation, for example for EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract. He or she is also responsible for developing processes and tools to ensure the implementation of best practices in contract management. A Contract Manager embodies and deploys the Contract Management culture within the Group and enhances that culture through dialogue and feedback shared with their team and with the other Group business lines.

Education and experience
- 5 years of higher education, in an engineering school or business school
- Knowledge of “EPC”, “Balance of Plant” or “FIDIC”-type contracts
- Understanding of interfaces between project development, engineering, construction, and contracts
- Proficiency in foreign languages for our international projects (English and/or Spanish)
